Job Description: Frozen Yogurt Shop Worker

Position Summary:
We are seeking a part-time, friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Frozen Yogurt Shop Worker to provide excellent service and maintain a clean, welcoming environment for all guests. This role includes assisting customers with the self-serve experience, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring frozen yogurt and topping stations remain stocked and ready throughout the day.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.

· Explain how the self-serve frozen yogurt process works and assist guests as needed.

· Clean and sanitize all frozen yogurt machines and equipment according to shop procedures and health standards.

· Keep the dining and service areas clean and organized.

· Wash and sanitize tables after customer use.

· Sweep and mop floors regularly to maintain a safe and clean environment.

· Refill napkin holders, utensils, cups, and other guest supplies.

· Monitor and refill frozen yogurt mix as needed.

· Refill and maintain topping stations with freshness and presentation standards.

· Empty trash and maintain proper waste disposal throughout the shift.

· Follow food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.

· Support opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Friendly attitude and strong customer service skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Dependable and attentive to cleanliness and detail

· Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform routine cleaning tasks

· Previous food service or customer service experience preferred but not required

Work Environment:
Fast-paced self-serve frozen yogurt shop environment requiring regular interaction with customers and consistent attention to cleanliness and sanitation standards.
